穆新生，筆名：不聞，牧歌。男，出生1953年2月，籍貫安徽，現居住山東省威海市。系歐洲僑商名人書畫院院士，中國書畫院院士，北京華夏蘭亭書畫院院士，北京當代書畫院副院長，中國美術藝術家協會名譽副主席，威海市美術家協會會員，現代書畫藝術大賽組委會簽約畫家。自幼受畫荻之教，酷愛水墨幾十年，年過知天命，開始精煉熔鑄古人高賢畫意十載有余。作品以東方儒釋道文化精神為畫魂，直抒情懷，自成畫風。畫技新穎，功論兼備，稱謂：六心禪.水墨山水畫，即抒心意，用心筆，運心墨，聚心力，注心血，凝而成心像之神韻。作品2015年始面世，先后十余次入選全國性畫展。
